If you want to be a couch potato, then at least be happy with it. If you’re the kind who loves to steep himself into quality movies and flicks at night before going to dreamland, then go join the whole gang. And yes, I am definitely talking about Netflix here!
Netflix’s Arrival in Canada
Like you, I live (in some secret torrent) in Canada by the way and just like you, I’m a Netflix fan myself. Back in 2008, my friends from Florida told me about this service and I was like gaga all over about it. But then I was appalled to know that it wasn’t exceeding the American borders. Moved on with my life, though, Netflix came into the landscapes of Canada and other countries and I was like hurray to the top of my lungs about it.
An Honest Sentiment
While Netflix Canada is was and still really awesome, one of its downsides is that a lot of the series and movies are actually a bit delayed here compared to the US Netflix. And some aren’t even available! Or at least not until half a year or year at the most. Anyways, this is a reality I have accepted because overall, Netflix is really worth the spend with the tons of brimming quality shows I get out of it. But just in case you’re really longing for a certain movie or an episode that’s not available for the Canadian audience yet, you can actually go check out the rental section because you might find it there just like I did.
The Netflix Canada List Spring Wipeout
From now and then, all of Netflix territories have to undergo reshuffling or more to the point a wipeout. It is when they mark off movie titles from the menu and replace them with the ones set for the new season. Just to give you a heads up, you better watch 50 First Dates now if you haven’t yet since they have extended its airtime until the 31st of December! Don’t miss out on Immortals, too, because trust me, the movie’s a total swagger with its esoteric Greek theme and surreally amazing plot that will just astound, especially with its incorporation of a magic bow, laser arrows, Gods, Goddesses, crazy mooks, and a total mix of sweets and candies… so to speak!
But in case you’re already done with those movies or don’t really plan to watch them, here’s a list that will expire by the 1st day of 2014:
So yeah, that list of movies, it’d be hard to find them once it’s past the 1st of January. Get to enjoy them while you still can. And by the way, in case you have any issues with your Netflix experience and need help with them – or more to the point you want to tread the pavements like an American subscriber, you know, for full access – then you have to check this site out: www.usnetflix.ca. Enjoy, pal!
